Serving up this stuff is not free. If you ever thought that Tumblr was not going to phase in advertising, then you did not consider this basic premise. There is an easy way to avoid these visual intrusions on this free service. Don’t use it. I know this is not the popular stance but somebody has to pay for our good times. Give me an option to pay some money and remove the ads and I will do it, but until then I’ll suck it up and have to keep looking at those rock hard abs on radar which make me feel like less a man.
